Job Descriptions:

• To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
• To perform, monitor and ensure 100% inventory accuracy on the inventory management, such as, cycle count, inbound & outbound physically and system, etc
• Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve inbound and outbound goods discrepancies in a weekly basis
• Ensure that order shipments are process accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and or management
• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the warehouse manager

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in customer service
• Minimum O-Level
• Ability to work under stress with minimum supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and possess positive attitude
• Able to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment

Summary

• Responsible for all aspects of accounting, reporting and budgeting/forecast activities of the Group;
• Supervise cash management and financing activities;
• Oversee finance and accounting activities in all group entities;
• Design, implement and manage effective and cost-efficient finance support platform and work process to cope with business needs;
• Ensure all other shareholders’ information needs are meet on time and in good quality;

Requirement

• Establish and maintain an efficient reporting work processes to facilitate budget, forecast and performance analysis;
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis;
• Analyse, monitor and assist the Group CFO in the control of the operating performance and provide proactive feedback on issues or problems within the BU, region and at Group Level;
• Work with banks to fulfill the finance needs of the Group and mange the loan of the Company;
• Work with all stakeholders of the Company to make sure the Company is in compliance with related laws and regulations (mainly accounting, tax and listing rule relaed);
• Role model to finance team members both technically and professional, build up the team competency, manage and improve the coordination and communication within finance team and cross-departments/functions.
• Oversee Group and all subsidiaries’ cash balances / forecasts and supervise cash management activities.
• Enables capability to support the stractic goal of the Company;
• Oversee all financial audit and internal control operations;
• Any ad hoc project.

Requirements

• Through understanding of the PRC GAAP and IFRS;
• Member of China Institute of Certified Public Accountant is a must
• Master or bachelor degree in accounting and finance related;
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written);
• A proven track record of academic and professional excellence;
• High level of morale and energy and the ability to point to previous experiences to perform and to deliver against stretch expectations;

Job Description

1. Respond to new and existing customers for inquiries.
2. Conduct quality testing and communicate product specification issues. Conduct nonconforming material or nonconforming product analysis.
3. Participate in the root cause analysis of nonconforming goods.
4. Follow the instructed corrective actions and preventive actions by superiors.
5. Secure customer formulations.
6. Control QSHE records and documents.
7. Establish formulation and blending procedures as needed.
8. Keep retain samples of products.
9. Validate COA of raw materials received and communicate any issues to the procurement and Plant Manager. Establish, update and issue GHS SDS.
10. Create certificate of analysis (COA) of products.
11. Coordinate sample delivery as required by the customer.

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Vhemistry related fields with at east 1 year related experience
