• Understudy the role of Operations manager and assist in tasks related to operation of fleet when time permits. This role is the first step towards developing the skills required for fleet operations

Educational/Skills Qualification:

Education/Experience

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline; Maritime transportation related qualification is advantageous
• 1-2 years of experience in a logistics coordinator/customer service or similar roles is advantageous
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Interpersonal Skills

• Able to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment
• Self-disciplined, Proactive, responsible and independent and keen attention to details
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mid-level Proficiency in spoken & written English to enable telephone & face to face conversations and be able to record information related to operations. Spoken Malay language skills are advantageous

Digital Skills

• Comfortably use mobile apps (WhatsApp, messaging platforms, company specific apps)
• Comfortably be able to use computer based applications ( MS office and related tools, company specific software)

Shift Requirements

• 12-hour shifts
• 24x7 operations (including PH, weekends)

• Perform genenal clerical dutiies to include but not limited to : Photocopying, emailing, mailing and filing.

• Handle Staff's payroll processing, leaves, application of Visa & training and employee relations.

• Handle invoices from Suppliers, Petty Cash, CPF submission, other submission of Government / MOM claims and related surveys

• Assist in office administration, research pricing, purchase and maintain office inventory.

• Maintain and keep records of hardcopy and electric filing system.

• Handle shipments arrival and arrangement with logistic companies.

• Handle ERP sales, purchase, and inventory closing works.

• Support and assist of accounting closing.

• Any other duties assinged duties by the management and headquaters (Korea).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Timely submission of monthly management report and quartery GST reporting
• Liaise with processing team & customers for collection related matters
• Hnadle master record and data validation
• Work closely with processing team on credit documentation and monitoring process
• Ensure docusmentations are prepared in accordance to conditions se t out within the credit approval and in compliance to regulatory requirements
• Processing for GIRO submission
• Manage day-to-day collection status
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least diploma holder.
• Candidate with prefarable within automotive industry will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.
