Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable office administrative executive. They will undertake day-to-day construction-related administrative and account-related tasks, ensuring the employee has adequate support for all work activities.

Duties and responsibility:

· Coordinating office administrative & account activities and operation to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

· Ensure construction-related administrative activities, such as BCA registration, Application Submission.

· Supervising administrative staff and diving responsibilities to ensure performance

· Keep stock of office supplies, accounts, issue PO & DO, order material when necessary

· Ensure handles CRM software such as ZOHO and Other ERP software.

· Manage agendas/worker travel arrangement/all appointments etc

· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)

. Visit construction site for administrative requirements

. Liaise with stakeholder and vendor for account and administrative related activities

· Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data

· Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Submit timely report prepare presentation/ proposals

· Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistance, or relevant role

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

· Excellent organisational and leadership skills

· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting knowledge

· Excellent knowledge of MS office and office management software (ERP & ZOHO etc.)

· Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage

· High school diploma, BSc/Ba in office administration or relevant fields is preferred

. Willing to visit construction site and liaise with contractors

Responsibilities include delivery and support on the full spectrum of human resources for whole group companies in an efficient and effective manner:

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle.
• Partnering with relevant stakeholders to provides professional support/guidance on all aspects of HR matters.
• Involve in reviewing, benchmarking, and enhancing compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive wage system with compliance to legal requirements.
• Manage accurate HR data.
• Support Finance Department in monthly payroll matters.
• Government/ Management statistical report/ survey.
• Plan and implementation of HR related initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years relevant experience as HR Generalist.
• Hands-on with MS Word & Excel, Timesoft &/or Info-Tech HRMS will be an advantage.
• Holder of IHRP certification is preferred
