Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, and/or Public Relations or related field.
• Preferred 5-8 years of experience, including experience in a corporate communications and writing role.
• Demonstrated proficiency and experience in management, content creation, and writing for various platforms.
• Excellent command of English.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and organisational skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders, and engage in internal and external social listening.
• Meticulous with impeccable follow-through and a can-do attitude.
• Versatile and adaptable
• Working knowledge of WeChat and the ability to support Mandarin-based content development will be advantageous.

Job Descriptions:

• To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
• To perform, monitor and ensure 100% inventory accuracy on the inventory management, such as, cycle count, inbound & outbound physically and system, etc
• Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve inbound and outbound goods discrepancies in a weekly basis
• Ensure that order shipments are process accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and or management
• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory
• Must be able to carry physical workload in warehouse
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the warehouse manager

Duty & Responsibility

1. Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable function for all subsidiaries with the Group.

2. Process daily payment plannings in treasury system, follow up with approvals and completion in internet banking.

3. Assist to execute and ensure strict compliance to Singapore financial reporting requirements includes audit, tax and GST.

4. Assist to ensure timely reporting of all subsidiaries reports and assignments required by Singapore and China headquarters.

5. Assist and support the Group Reporting Team, which includes completing both Singapore and China reporting requirements.

6. Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules.

7. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting

2. At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable

3. Able to multi-task

4. Good communication skills
