The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external vendors for the execution of maintenance services. Conduct joint inspection rounds with Specialists/Technical Officers on building/Exhibit/AV & lighting defects.

1. Maintain financial records, handle accounts payable/receivable, and process claims.
2. Monitor cash flow and assist with monthly financial statements and reports.
3. Manage GST submissions, payroll, CPF contributions, and regulatory filings.
4. Maintain filing systems, issue POs/DOs, collate timesheets, and prepare payslips.
5. Provide HR support (e.g., employee records, onboarding).
6. Perform ad-hoc tasks.
7. Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Min 4 years experience in accounting work.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.

* Handle full sets of accounts

* Timely submission of monthly management reports and quarterly GST reporting

* Liaise with processing team & customers for collection related matters

* Handle master record and data validation

* Work closely with processing team on credit documentation and monitoring process

* Ensure documentations are prepared in accordance to conditions set out within the credit approval and in compliance to regulatory requirements

* Processing for GIRO submission

* Manage day-to-day collection status

* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers

* Any other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• At least diploma holder

• Candidate with preferable within automotive industry will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience
