We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Aerospace Marketing team. This multifaceted role encompasses sales, marketing, and account management responsibilities aimed at driving revenue growth, maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing account activities. The ideal candidate will excel in executing marketing strategies, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and negotiate contracts.
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Create and manage marketing content, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to fufill corporate objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in technical sales or marketing.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Job Description

• Oversee import and export operations, including preparing and issuing shipping documentation, coordinating logistics, and following up on shipments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage order processing and analysis, adhering to the company’s internal policies on shipment planning and inventory control.
• Provide support to customers by offering information regarding product availability, shipping schedules, pricing, and other sales-related queries.
• Create and manage sales orders, outbound deliveries, shipments, and invoices in SAP, ensuring no discrepancies such as tax errors or incorrect pricing/products.
• Log and forward customer complaints to the relevant departments for resolution.
• Keep SAP updated with the latest shipment details, such as delivery and arrival dates, which can be tracked through reports generated by the system.
• Timely process and review department expenses related to logistics services (couriers, dispatchers, transport companies, etc.).
• Offer logistical support by handling the receipt of materials and service notes, inputting stock into SAP, and submitting invoices to the finance department.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for enhancement in processes and activities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of work processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounts transaction (AP, AR & GL)
• Manage cash flows and supervise collections/payments issues.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (journal, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet & profit and loss).
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist in yearly forecasts and budgets.
• Liaise with external parties (e.g., auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents).

Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Finance and Accounting or other professional accounting certificate or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of relevant accounting experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Familiar with Sage 300 and EPICOR will be highly regarded.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organised, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
• A team player who is able to deliver under tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting and supporting the Operations department in day-to-day operations & workforce arrangement.
• Support the Operations department in organizing & providing daily transport to the workforce working on site.
• Accountable & responsible for assisting and supporting the Operations department in meeting the sales budget and forecast for the sales unit.
