Job Purpose

• Lead a team of warehouse Supervisor & Coordinators.
• Plan, assign and direct the overall warehouse operation and activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and systems to support warehouse operations and compliance requirements via the WMS.
• Utilise the WMS to track and monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and storage locations within the warehouse. Coordinate with warehouse staff to address discrepancies, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Process inbound and outbound orders, to facilitate quotations, accurately and efficiently using the WMS, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Verify order details, product availability, and shipping instructions, and communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, postponement, payments and any changes or delays.
• Utilising the WMS, coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements with internal delivery teams, third-party carriers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery of orders that has the best productivity and efficient/effective route plan.
• Generate reports and analyze data from the WMS to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order fulfilment rates, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency, customer service, and overall warehouse performance.
• Train warehouse staff on the use of the WMS and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure proficiency in system operation and compliance with standard procedures.
• Serve as the primary user and administrator of the WMS for managing customer orders and order fulfilments.
• Implement new WMS system and conduct training for staffs, improve the WMS system as company requirement.
• Manage Time Management System for the operations team.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new staff & to physically supervise the ground operations.
• To manage, motivate and train staff that is/are assigned to be under one’s supervision.
• Ensure workplace Health/Safety & maintain good housekeeping.
• To diligently undertake any other work assignments or tasks as assigned by Manager.
