DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compliance Management:
a) Organize and maintain records for WMI Quality Management System (SSG ERF, EduTrust, ISO, etc.).
b) Provide secretarial support for key meetings, including the Academic Board, Examination Board, Management Review and Operational Meetings.
c) Compile data for quality trend analysis, such as feedback and key indicators required by EduTrust.
d) Support the Management Representative/Head of Admin in conducting internal audits.
e) Stay updated on quality requirements and assist in internal communications related to compliance updates.
2. Academic and Operational Support:
a) Provide administrative and operational support to the Academic and Administrative Department.
b) Coordinating programme outreach, selection exercise, briefings and orientation
c) Supporting cadets liaison and mentoring system
d) Support the operational aspects of the online Learning Management System (LMS) and Admin IT System.
e) Covering basic Simulator Operations & Training Equipment Preparation
f) Assist in the maintenance of the Facilities, Hardwares, Training Equipment and Assets
g) Work closely with external parties on coordination tasks.
3. Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Possess a diploma or degree in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome, working/ internship in project-based roles are preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office and strong computer skills
• Possess good communication and interactive/ interpersonal skills
• Certificate in Quality Management Systems (Such as ISO 9001:2025) is preferred
• Detail-Oriented with a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Must be willing to learn, independent and resourceful
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet customer demands
