Your role as an executive assistant will require you to play a key role in supporting and empowering our senior leadership. You will be a proactive problem solver with experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Attention to detail is a must. Job Description

• Verify revenue accuracy and review transactions, reporting any discrepancies to the Account Manager/ General Manager.
• Perform trial balance and credit card reconciliations and follow up on guest ledger accounts.
• Handle inter-company transactions, including processing debit/credit notes, resolving disputes, and managing commissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To conduct Green Mark consultancy services
• To coordinating Suppliers and Contractors in projects
• To manage and raise purchase requisition, purchase order, accruals, process and follow–up claims and invoices by service providers; Handling the billing and invoicing of projects
• To coordinate with HQ admin and finance departments for monthly invoicing and payment;
