Responsibilities

• Prepare Estimated Chargeable Income, tax computations, quarterly current/ deferred tax provisions for the Singapore entities
• Prepare statutory filing for GST & withholding tax for the Singapore entities
• Reviewing of overseas subsidiaries’ tax calculations and tax position
• Preparing responses to tax queries from IRAS
• Collation of group tax information for planning and analysis.
• Liaising with external tax agent to maintain/ update transfer pricing documentation
• Any other duties as assigned, such as assisting on ad hoc advisory as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Taxation, CPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Knowledge of Singapore income tax laws;
• Minimum 4-5 years of Commerical Taxation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (with strong Microsoft excel skills);
• Independent, organized, strong analytical skillls and detail-oriented;
• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

1. Plan, propose and implement marketing campaigns across online, offline and marketplace platforms

2. Assist the team in writing manuscripts, recording and editing videos and editing pictures. Conceptualise, design and provide copywriting for marketing collaterals

3. Manage various social media platforms and other marketing channels to build and enhance the company's brand awareness.

4. Maintain and improve the company's image, and promote the expansion of the company's sales market.

5. Able to take on ad hoc tasks and administrative work assigned by the company.

6. Perform other ad hoc duty as required

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or above

2. Familiar with the operation of major social media (Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat subscription account etc.)

3. Familiar with office software, clear logic, good writing skills, good at copywriting and sharing on social media, and good language expression skills.

4. Proficient in using various photo editing software such as Photoshop, and have strong video shooting and editing and picture editing capabilities.

5. Good aesthetic design ability, have their own creativity and ideas.

6. Serious and responsible work, creative thinking, good teamwork spirit and communication skills.

7. Able to work independently, those with food photography experience are preferred

Job Highlights:

• Basic Salary: Up to $3500 + AWS + VB
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 7.30am-5.30pm, Fri 7.30am-4.30pm
• Location: Bukit Panjang (3 mins walk from Pending LRT)

• Offer support to the Centre operations
• Prepare SOPs/policies
• Always ready to undertake various assigned responsibilities

• Diploma or above holders, Entry level are welcome to apply

• Must be comfortable with administrative and Operations support duties, and familiar with PA functions

Customer Service Management

-Responsible for order management in SAP s

-Work closely with customer’s representatives to ensure service satisfaction.

Procurement Management

-Responsible for procurement management in SAP such as issuance of purchase order and goods receipt/issue etc.

-Material and supplier master management in SAP.

-Invoice management including resolution of invoice discrepancies with suppliers.

Logistics Management

· Plan shipments in collaboration with sales team and logistics providers

· Liaise with logistics providers to ensure on time inbound and outbound deliveries.

Location: Near to Jurong East
