Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment and talent acquisition cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including monthly closings, GST reporting, and audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, Oracle); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Experience in Singapore tax regulations, GST reporting, and financial compliance.

This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Temporary Operations Support Officer (OSO).

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Yishun.

Contract Period: from 20 Jan 2025 (or earlier) to 30 Jun 2025. (Approximately 6 months)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 9:15am to 6:45pm, inclusive 1-hour lunch break.
