Job Scope:

• Assist in setting up recording schedules and calendar invitations
• Tracking of content from Speakers (in PPT) and ensuring that it syncs with the speaker's presentation during the recording
• Maintaining an up-to-date internal tracker for sessions inclusive of detailed information, submissions and deadlines
• Partake in cross-department sync-up and alignment for sponsor sessions
• Uploading and configuring assets onto the event platform
