Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain cement plant machinery, including crushers, kilns, mills, and packing units, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent plant operations.
• Continuously monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to ensure optimal equipment efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, plant operating procedures, and environmental regulations. Report any incidents or hazards immediately.
• Work with process engineers and plant supervisors to optimize production processes and improve yield and energy efficiency.
• Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for any maintenance or repair jobs.
• Record, analyze, and report operational data, including machinery performance, production rates, and quality control results, to assist with performance reviews and decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to resolve technical issues and support plant improvements.

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced contractor to provide Claims Verification Services. The contractor will verify claims, ensure compliance with procedures, and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely claim processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify claims against supporting documents based on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure completeness of claims and supporting documents, checking scanned or photocopied records.
• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to meet client expectations
• Verify 100% of qualifying expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve claim discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for all claim verification activities.

Requirements：

• At least 3 'A' level passes or a Diploma in any discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in administration, finance, or operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to verify large volumes of data accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with multiple stakeholders.
• Independent, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines without supervision.
