How your day looks like?

• Survey, collect and analyse salary and benefits data to provide valuable insights to HR leaders
• Evaluate and forecast employers’ position on identified labour guidelines and regulations
• Strengthen employers’ policy position on workplace and workforce issues using a data driven approach
• Support the development of models to project and explain future national manpower scenarios, through partnership with academic institutions, tripartite partners and government agencies
• Execute HR projects along areas of salary benchmarking, benefits review, employee engagement and support commercial manpower/HR consultancy projects
• Support the content and delivery of workshops, events and conventions

Requirements

• Degree with a major in Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Business, HR or other related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Job Level / Salary to commensurate with experience
• Have interest in understanding Singapore’s labour market and / or human resource landscape
• Good writing and communication skills
• Experience in the use of Survey technologies, Excel, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, or any other analytics software would be advantageous.

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking as well as managing existing accounts
• Identify prospects, develop market segments, generate leads and promote our product offering

Requirements

• 2 years sales experience preferred

• Results oriented, good communication and correspondence skills
• Demonstrate competency in key areas including selling skills, planning and organization, analysis and presentation skills
• Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Class 3 License with own mode of transport preferred
• Those with more years of relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Executive role

• Perform Accounts Payable duties
• Processing of payment to suppliers, counterparties, processing/ refunds of deposits from customers
• Staff claims and petty cash claims
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Ensure and track timely collection of monthly instalments
• Plan and execute vehicle movements, such as for servicing, inspection, viewings, deliveries, and inspections
• Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department, through liaising with various sales and admin stakeholders

Responsibilites:

• Assist the Site Manager / WSHE Officer to identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice in the worksite.
• Assist the Site Manager / WSHE Officer to implement reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe condition or unsafe work practice.
• Check Sub-Contractors' work to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, including the provisions of the WSH (Construction) Regulations.
• Carry out site WSHE programmes, procedures and assist in organising WSHE awareness activities such as tool-box meetings, WSHE orientation, WSHE induction, promotional activities, etc.
• Monitor risk assessment compliance and report to WSHE Officer for any non-compliance.
• Recommend and ensure risk assessment control measures are implemented for all site activities.
• Be prepared to stop work or to notify the WSHE Department in the event of any WSHE deviations.
