Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture/ Built Environment/ BCAA Diploma in Architecture (Technology) or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work
• Experience in Corenet Submission requirements, procedures and standards for BIM (Revit) and AutoCad (2D) format
• Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation
• Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Knowledge in basic regulatory requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, etc), and Arch related Codes of Practice
• Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings
• Skills in presentation applications like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc will be advantage
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaborative processes on multi-disciplinary basis

You will be responsible for planning and managing care integration initiatives driven by the SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS). You will provide and coordinate operational and administrative support to SingHealth RHS and its cluster stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations of the health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

You will assist to provide analytics and data on RHS efforts to identify, plan and develop new population health projects and capitation initiatives. You will collate and track performance indicators of the care integration programmes and initiatives driven by the RHS.

You will liaise with RHS internal stakeholders, including clinical and operational departments from SingHealth institutions that are involved in population health projects and capitation initiatives driven by SingHealth RHS. You will cultivate and maintain strong networks with key community healthcare services and partners including Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs), allied health and home nursing services, as well as other relevant social services and community-based organisations. You will also work with business units to understand data requirements and establish criteria to collect the relevant information for analysis and support data collection and reporting of key performance indicators for the RHS programmes, population health projects and capitation initiatives.

In addition, you will serve as a project facilitator for approved projects and support their development and implementation. You will apply appropriate problem solving tools and skills to help resolves issues and cross hurdles . You will provide administrative support, assist in the annual work plan exercise, plan and organise RHS retreats, events and provide secretarial support.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage.

· Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financials, statistics and workflow engineering and re-engineering would be an added advantage

· Good presentation skills and the ability to write well

· Effective and proactive when working both independently and in a team setting

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, willing to learn and is self-motivated

· Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The customer service executive will need to face and interact with members and distributors over at the reception counter and hand the goods or product to them in a friendly manner.
• Raise invoices and purchase orders.
• Handle counter transactions in merchandising and purchasing of products.
• Provide efficient and customer-focused service.
• Attend to customer request over the reception counter.
• Greet customers, answer their questions and provide product information.
• Handle and process their orders transaction.
• Help and offer assistance to their product interest and enquiry.
• Other ad hoc customer service function as assigned and required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min O Level and above
• Min 1-2 years of customer service reception, retail experience with wellness, health retail or service and fast-moving consumer goods industry

THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.

Duties and Responsibilities

To develop, implement and manage inventories of the Museum merchandising endeavours by working closely with sales & development and vendors.

To develop, implement and manage inventories and vendors of the Museum F&B endeavours.

To develop and build strong relationships with stakeholders, industry partners such as the Museum Roundtable and ICOM and patrons.

• Enforce and adhere to Museum’s SOPs and best practise & procedures
• Produce detailed schedules which include staffing assignments and milestones for revenue generating initiatives
• Support the working relationship with facility management and other events and operational departments by maintaining a master museum calendar
• Oversee the day to day operational readiness of FOH and closing duties
• Work collaboratively on developing and implementing merchandise and F&B selections for the Museum
• Manage vendors and end-to-end process for any procurement and production of merchandise, as well as logistical & storage arrangements and any necessary disposals
• Manage the presentation, upkeeping and maintenance of retail and F&B spaces
• Planning and allocation of inventory, churning of sales reports and providing analysis and evaluation on sales numbers
• Research current trends on merchandise and F&B for the Museum with a focus on sustainable options
• Support the working relationship with external stakeholders, partners and vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• At least 2 years of direct experience working in retail and merchandising, and secondary experience in F&B. Candidate with more years of relevant experience will be considered for senior position.
• Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Events Management, Business, Design or equivalent
• An interest and passion for Singapore history, museums and the local art scene
• Self-directed learner and problem solver who can perform under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Some proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/Dreamweaver or other editing softwares, and visual merchandising knowledge will be an advantage
• Good time management skills
• Cultural understanding and empathy for diverse communities
