This position is responsible for ensuring that the company receives payments for goods and records these transactions accordingly. A successful candidate is required to perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, recording accounts receivables’ data and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

• LCCI / Diploma in Financial Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing company
• Self-motivated, proactive, and possess a good working attitude.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and well organized with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting/changing priorities.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities: Processing of daily client’s funding/withdrawal and queries from Client Services. Processing accounts payable invoices and maintain records. Preparing daily bank reconciliations for client’s accounts. Preparing daily MAS internal self -compliance reports and Daily Cash Computation. Assisting with month end process and ensure close within timeline. Assisting Monthly MAS report, Quarterly MAS form 1 &2, Quarterly I/E and GST return. Preparing Monthly bank operating bank reconciliation and to ensure any outstanding items are cleared in a timely manner. Back up team member on other tasks as and when necessary. Any other tasks as required by supervisor. KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Qualification Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance Experience 2-3 years of accounting experience preferably in financial services industry. Strong accounting knowledge is preferred Computer Literacy Proficient in MS Excel and Oracle are preferred Language Must possess strong communication & written skills to handle funding queries from our retail/institutional clients.
