Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage and coordinate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams for matters requiring approval from Corporate HQ.
• Provide secretariat support for team meetings, including agenda preparation, coordinating or drafting papers, recording minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are implemented.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze data and metrics to generate regular performance reports for management review.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, including financial analysis, company reviews, market trends, and developments.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with international and Chinese business partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop layout and production design for collateral including, and not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media content, digital ads, resort and restaurant packaging, menus and reports.
• Perform digital imaging, image manipulation and final artwork production.
• Liaising with digital agencies, suppliers, printers, designers and photographers.
• Provide art direction for photography and videography projects.

• Support the marketing team on social media content strategy and storytelling.

• Managing resort online reputation and replying to feedback on Google, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Booking.com etc.
• Maintain and update databases.
• Provide support to the Senior Marcom Manager in administration duties.
• Assist with Purchase Requisition and follow-up on payment with the Finance department where required.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned by the management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proactive and able to prioritise work well.

• Diploma/Degree in Communication Design/Graphic Design.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing and in-house production.

Job Description:

Job Requirements:
