Specific Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential business opportunities.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies.
3. Establish relationships with key decision-makers, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products or enhance existing ones.
5. Foster strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets, expand customer base, and increase market share.
7. Manage and nurture existing customer relationships.
8. Monitor competitors' activities, identify market gaps, and adjust strategies accordingly.
