Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates & interviewing
• Assist in monthly Payroll
• Keep employee records up to date
• Monitor worker training expiry
• Work pass management: application, renewal, cancellation
• Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21, Filling of HR documents
• Receive incoming mail and send outgoing mail
• Ordering office pantry & stationery, Answering Incoming calls, Arranging business travels (flight, hotel etc)
• Processing of invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders to customers
• Prepare project contract (tender documents)
• Prepare shipping documents, Coordinate with freight forwarders for incoming/outgoing shipments, Ensure on-time delivery to customers, prepare commercial invoices for overseas supplier
• Any other HR functions as needed
