• CSIS/ICSA qualification with 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or public company.
• Proficient in the full spectrum of corporate secretarial tasks.
• Strong communication skills; Mandarin proficiency advantageous for liaising with Chinese subsidiaries.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with multitasking abilities and a team-focused approach.
• Well-versed in MS Office.

• Overall, in-charge of growing the business by managing key accounts, marketing, and selling both broad-based and niche logistics services.
• Analyse customer needs and assisting in implementing solutions.
• Acquiring requirements from internal and external stakeholders, planning and implementing logistics projects, in the process liaise and manage contractors and vendors, ensuring the project lifecycle is followed through and performed in accordance with project requirements.
