RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
• Respond to emails from participants on post-enrolment enquiries, including payments, new intakes, LMS access, certificates, and course details.
• Handle the transfer or withdrawal of participants in the system and keep all relevant stakeholders updated.
• Use RapidSMS to inform participants of any last-minute course updates swiftly.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our course administration processes.
• Assist with the running of Academy courses, with flexible compensation for any after-hours work, typically 2 to 4 times a year.

• Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
• A proactive, customer-service oriented mindset.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and resourceful in navigating changes.
• A keen interest in process improvement and efficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI for generating data dashboards is a plus.

Salary Range: $3,600 - $4,000

Job Description:

• To acquire IP (intellectual property) rights from external companies to collaborate with our trading card games.
• Ensure that license acquisition is in line with the development and production of our trading card games.
• Source and identify new business opportunities from companies whose IP will fit into our games.
• Negotiate and execute new/renewable license agreements to comply with contractual requirements for product titles and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Negotiate royalty and minimum guarantees with companies for their IP.
• Create and manage licensing business documents, process and records, including, but not limited to, licensing agreements / contracts administration, rights management, product release calendars, tracking of payment and royalties, facilitating of additional copyright licenses as necessary.
