Job Description:

• Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Optimize website content, structure, and keywords to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
• Manage social media profiles, post content, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
• Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
• Engage with customers through online platforms, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages.

Job Requirements:

• At least Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Proven work experience in marketing, ideally in a marketing executive role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and build relationships with stakeholders
• Capability to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across different channels
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms like social media, SEO, and email marketing
• Strong ability to collaborate with different departments and build relationships with clients and partners

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Plan and prepare audit schedules for internal and external audit purpose
• Manage the daily accounting functions including AP,AR,GL
• Update cash book, perform bank reconciliation and prepare cash flow statement
• File GST Return on time
• Prepare Creditors’ payment for approval before the end of month
• Prepare management reports accurately and promptly and present it on weekly basis for management review
• Provide guidance to all departments to ensure compliance with company’s guidelines
• Ensure all inventory related transactions are properly and accurately captured in AutoCount
• Any other job duties as assigned by Director

Requirements

· Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in the related field

· Experience in AutoCount will be an advantage

· Good communication skills

· Able to work working independently and in a fast paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Team player who possess initiative and able to multitask

· Meticulous and have good time management

· Possess high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
