Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems at work sites.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipments and operations
• Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times

Requirements:

• Possess relevant safety certificates (Eg Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction
• Familiar with ISO45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

Responsibilities

• Process settlement for local & foreign equities and OTC products
• Verify and reconcile dealing tickets and incoming trade confirmations
• Resolution of unmatched trade positions and settlement failures
• Liaise with institutional clients, banks, brokers and liquidity providers on trade settlement issues
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade validation, settlement, reconciliation, control checks, investigation, and exception handling are being performed
• Take ownership of the process assigned and execute tasks promptly
• Proactively seek for opportunities to identify gaps and enhance operational workflow.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Holder
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in trade operations either in stockbroking firms, custodians or banks.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
