The Role

The Boarding Officer (Operations) is a key operational role responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of cargo handling processes, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining effective communication with ship personnel and relevant stakeholders. Main Duties:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a cluster of 10-15 properties, grouped geographically to reduce travel time.
• Perform security duties including clocking, observing security threats, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies.
