Job Description

• Assist & support the HR Managers on the full-spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement pgms)
• Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications.
• Preparation of Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence.
• Laising with dormitory, vendors and related parties and internal customer.
• Manage the medical claim records and others that are relevant.
• Verification of OT and allowances for payroll processing.
• Handle the recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding process.
• Maintain & update the HR system.
• Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, sourcing and registration.
• Manage the employee's communication e.g announcement of policies, events etc.
• Other administrative duties.
• Ad hoc duties.

Job Requirement

• Diploma with 2 years of relevant HR and Administration experience.
• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team member.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Lyk Mobile Repair first started in 2014 in Singapore as a traditional mobile phone shop. As we delved deeperinto the industry, we realised that many consumers were having trouble finding a reliable place to get theirmobile devices fixed. Many clients seemed to be hesitant about sending their mobile devices to mobile phoneshops for repairs, as there were just too many shady repair services in the market.

This is when we decided to make a big transition in the market, closing down our retail mobile phone shop andtransforming it into a Professional Mobile Repair Service Center. We started with a service that nobody else inthe market was offering - Doorstep Repair service. We were the first company to provide Doorstep onsite repairservice for clients so that they did not need to leave their location to get their devices fixed. Our technicianwould travel to their location and perform the repair on the spot.

Our aim at Lyk Mobile Repair is to provide clients with a comfortable, air-conditioned sofa seating area whilewaiting for their mobile devices to be repaired. Thankfully, we managed to grow steadily in every aspect,receiving over 9000 online repair reviews over the years, with a rating of 4.9/5 for our repair services.

We are glad that we are able to maintain our presence in Singapore as a reliable Repair Service Center thatclients can visit to get their repairs done not only on the spot but also at a competitive price, with top-notchservice and workmanship.

Currently, Lyk Mobile Repair has three Service Centers in Singapore located in Tai Seng, Jurong, andWoodlands. We will be gradually expanding further based on our business strategy.

Lyk Repair Pte Ltd are looking for a motivated, passionate individual to join us as a Marketing Executive! We need someone with the ability to work independently.

You will be working simultaneously with our LYK Mobile Team to create and maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content on all social media.

Job Scope :

✔Assist manager in handling daily tasks and retail operation

✔Answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, or social media, providing accurate information on products, services, and policies. Book appointments for customers.

✔Address and resolve customer complaints or problems quickly and efficiently, ensuring that issues are handled professionally.

✔Work with other departments to resolve issues and meet customer service targets

✔ Follow up with customers after product/service delivery to confirm satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.

✔ Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services

✔In Charge of Overall Cleanliness of Mobile Repair Centre

Requirement :

- Minimum O-Level or equivalent

- Diploma in business or retail management is a plus.

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

- Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Write, proofread, and edit high-quality copy that aligns with the PLC brand voice
• Produce SEO-optimised content that leverages product USPs and supports the customer journey for PLC websites. Review, refine, and maintain existing content to ensure it meets SEO criteria
• Plan, manage and implement campaigns & customer journeys through the Salesforce platform, Dynamic Web platform, social media & blog
• Manage the company's digital resources, and build and prioritise product topics that support sales lead

As Indoor Sales Executive (CCTV), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of CCTV products and solutions to customers, both through direct interaction and by managing inbound inquiries

Job Descriptions:

• Proactively reach out to existing and new customers through phone, email and in-person interactions to understand their CCTV needs, while also managing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads to drive conversions
• Provide expert advice on product specifications, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities
• Prepare, present, and deliver sales presentations, proposals, Deal Registrations for salespersons and quotations to showcase the CCTV product range and its features to customers
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer support, including follow-up assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation, develop effective sales strategies and implement promotional materials and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales target set by the management to contribute to the overall growth of the business

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in similar sales role, preferably in the CCTV or security system industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand CCTV technical product specifications and convey them to customers clearly
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
