As a Senior Executive (Business Support), you will play a pivotal role in both the Regional Business and Operations Department (RBOD) and the CEO's office. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with regional heads, contributing to the seamless functioning of the RBOD. This role demands versatility as you provide executive support to the CEO, acting as the primary point of contact and efficiently managing diverse responsibilities within the dynamic maritime sector.

In the RBOD, your role involves diverse responsibilities ranging from supporting commercial tenders and project bids to conducting market research and preparing marketing materials. You will be a key contributor to events and programs, coordinating client visits, and managing administrative tasks. Simultaneously, in the CEO's office, you will be the linchpin, handling secretarial and administrative duties, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Your duties will extend to liaising with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating your multifaceted skill set.

[Role Requirements]

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field, bringing a minimum of 3 years of experience in secretarial or corporate support roles, with a background in procurement, sales, and marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are prerequisites.
