Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist Production Manager in production quality issue and others daily activities
• Coordinate in schedules meeting, monitor production output & lead time, maintaining other production standards and ensuring quality control
• Handling legal requirement matter such as local licensing, oversea product legal issue, new legal requirements, ISO, safety and others
• Improvement & upgrading of production plant, simplified the process or automation
• Evaluate and recommend digital system for process data recording, inventory and others
• Enhance the troubleshooting and maintenance in production plant
• Liaising with HOD to develop plans that improve production, costs and labour required

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Process
• Working experience in the Chemical Process environment will be an added advantage
• No experience can consider as training will be provided

Other details:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.15pm
• Working Location: Tuas, company transport and pick up points nearby MRT: Choa Chua Kang, Jurong East, Lakeside and Jurong Point
• Company Bonuses: No AWS but average 2 months Performance Bonus

Job Description:

• Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery
• Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operations islandwide
• Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
• Plan and review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management
• Maintain stock of supplies of materials and equipment implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment
• Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations
• Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower, effective work processes and the capability development of staff
• Interpret tender specifications and prepare quotations for cleaning operations
• Assist in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied
• Assist in resolving existing contract conflicts Report potential risks on contractual changes to the management

Job duties
• Push trolleys and ensure sufficient trolleys available at designated Trolley Staging Point(s).
