You will be part of a highly professional Group Internal Audit Team that carries out integrated audits, IT audits and Continuous audits to ensure robust governance, risk management and internal controls in the Group.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and perform internal audits of financial and operational processes within time budgets, timescales, and professional requirements
• Provide risk advisory audit support to audit engagements on regulatory and compliance matters
• Prepare detailed working papers and supporting documents
• Prepare internal audit reports including audit observations and recommendations on business processes and enhancement of internal controls
• Be involved in audit planning process
• Participate in fieldworks and inform engagement managers on job status
• Conduct presentations of audit findings and advise our clients on regulatory and compliance matters, including but not limited to reviewing and formulating recommendations for processes and controls in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA or other relevant bachelor’s degrees will be considered.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in external and internal audit preferably for Associate position.

Our client is a leading provider of efficient errand services in Singapore, including document delivery, shopping assistance, and food delivery for both residents and businesses. They are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to manage cash flow, grant applications, and funding processes.

Role Overview:

As the CFO, you will play a key role in managing the companies' financial strategy, cash flow projections, and funding stages. You will also be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance as the company scales and prepares for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations including cash flow management, funding, and grants.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports such as profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and future listing.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Supervise outsourced accounting services and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Work closely with the executive team on capital management and funding.
• Ensure financial compliance and manage risks.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of financial management experience, ideally in start-ups or high-growth companies.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with experience in financial reporting and planning.
• Expertise in cash flow management, grant applications, and funding processes.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with investors and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Ensure compliance and practice of Company's QEHS Management System for the project
• Advice to the PM reasonably practicable measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace or may be affected by the occupier’s undertaking in the workplace.
• Conduct safety team in the implementation and monitoring of environmental, health and safety plans/ measures
• Review all risk assessments and risk management internally and externally
• Manage incidents' investigations, recommend corrective actions and follow-up on the implementations and effectiveness of actions taken
• Liaise and communicate well with site operations staffs, project managers, contractors and third parties on all safety and health issues
• Ensure that all statutory regulations, code of practice and company’s EHS rules & regulations are implemented and complied with at the project site.
• Conduct regular inspection and audits on the EHS provisions on site
• Establish and maintain a positive EHS environment on the project site.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Diploma in Environmental, Health & Safety related qualifications
• Registered MOM Workplace Safety and Health Officer
• 4 years WSH experience in HDB projects required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a public-facing role.
• Willing to work at site office environment.
• Good communication skills.
• MRT working experience would be an added advantage.
• Independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.

Responsibilities:

· To handle order processing and expedite customers’ orders to ensure on-time delivery of goods

· Prepares the necessary paperwork, such as delivery orders, invoices, and other documents for air or sea freight arrangements.

· Liaise with internal departments to expedite the sales order.

· Perform any other admin duties as assigned

· Maintain a good filing system of customers’ history of buying from SLS

Requirements:

· At least GCE “O’ levels or equivalent

· At least 2 years working experience in customer service

· Handle and have shipping knowledge on Malaysia Import and Singapore export is added advantage

· Pleasant personality and customer service oriented

· Able to work independently as well as in a team

· Proficient in MS Excel and Word

· Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
