Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service, and liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.
• Using our system to key in booking for collection and delivery for priority client
• Follow up and monitor the delivery of outstanding customers’ orders and provide customer support for shipments
• Support, generate, and compile monthly reports to the top management.
• Answer and handle customer’s inquiries, feedback, and complaints with high service standards to retain existing customers timely and tactfully
• Work with a team of customer servicing staff in providing full support to clients’ inquiries
• Coordinate with the operation team for daily collection and delivery
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor and Customer Service Manager
• Training will be provided

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N or O level / Diploma in any discipline
• Responsible, positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player
• Basic computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word etc.
• Min 1 year experience in customer service or logistics/supply chain/shipping industry would be an advantage.
• Entry-level candidates without experience will be considered to apply as training will be provided.
