The CFO will lead our finance team and oversee the preparation and execution of our IPO strategy. This includes ensuring financial compliance, working closely with legal and auditing teams, managing investor relations, and setting up systems that support our growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in IPO preparations, financial strategy, and can operate effectively in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and execution of our IPO, ensuring the company meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with external auditors, legal teams, investment banks, and financial advisors to facilitate a successful listing.
Oversee the development of IPO documentation, including prospectus preparation, financial disclosures, and regulatory filings.
Drive financial planning processes, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to align with IPO objectives and long-term growth.
Develop and execute financial strategies to enhance shareholder value and meet investor expectations.
Lead the optimization of capital structure, working capital, and liquidity to support business needs.
Implement and ensure compliance with IPO-related corporate governance, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.
Oversee internal control systems, audits, and risk management practices to maintain transparency and accountability.
Build and manage a high-performing finance team capable of meeting the demands of a public company.
Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and innovation within the finance department.
Serve as the primary financial spokesperson and establish strong investor relations.
Prepare financial presentations and reports for the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) or professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a proven track record in managing IPO processes or significant capital markets transactions. Experience in public companies and familiarity with IPO readiness are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of IPO requirements, regulations, and best practices, with proven experience preparing a company for IPO, ideally with a successful listing in past roles.
Strong analytical, strategic, and financial modelling skills, with exceptional communication skills for interfacing with investors, the Board, and senior management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, drive strategic financial initiatives, and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures to protect surrounding structures
To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structure, formwork support systems etc
To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
To supervise the installation of instrumentation
To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
To review Contractor's design and supervise all works
Criteria:
- Min 3 years of experience in tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.
- Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering
- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore
- Possess a valid RTO (Tunnel) cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

Attend to inquiries regarding Sports & Swimming facilities and programs (Answering incoming telephone calls, email, checking of member booking and billing)
Assist the department with facilities management of all sports & swim facilities and ensure it is properly maintained and that all things are in place
Assist in the running of Sports & Swimming events/competitions
Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements:
Self-discipline and self-motivation as well as being a team player
N level or ITE Certification preferably in Sports
It would be good to have at least 1 to 2 years of experience
Knowledge in fitness training is an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to work rotating shifts
