Position: Purchasing Officer / Purchasing Coordinator

Working days: 5 days week

Location: near to Joo Koon MRT, 2 bus stops away

With In-house canteen

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HOD to conduct existing and potential suppliers cost evaluating activity, execute procurement strategies and sourcing activities / review and implement purchase protocol and requirement.

• establish rapport / strategic negotiation with suppliers to achieve competitive price, lead time and on time delivery / ensure supply assurance.

• Keep an up-to-date contract database as well as identifying and acting upon forthcoming renewals required

• Resolve Operating Purchasing material shortage escalation

• Update of Purchasing Record and Supplier Sourcing List / sufficient stationery supplies and etc

• Assign any other ad-hoc duties for follow-up when necessary.

• GCE'A' Level / Diploma / Degree in any field or with some relevant working experience

What you'll be responsible for:

Customer Engagement -

• Manage customer enquiries across multiple channels, including concierge chat, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
• Promote the Motorist App and its features through the channels mentioned above.
• Review and respond to testimonials and reviews professionally, addressing issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and engage in car group chats within the Motorist App.
• Effectively resolve complaints and negative feedback in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with app users through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Address customer feedback and comments posted across various platforms.
• Ensure high levels of user and customer satisfaction.

Guest Reception -

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Facilitate any campaign voucher collections.

Other Responsibilities -

• Record and manage meeting minutes during Head of Department meetings.
• Assisting with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

What we're looking for:

• At least GCE N/O Level and/or NITEC trained.
• More than 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
• Tech Savvy and proficient in Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to interact professionally with customers
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Independent and able to work with limited supervision, but a great team player
• Able to handle customer inquiries outside standard working hours as needed, to ensure seamless service delivery and address time-sensitive issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

• To assist to liaise and co-ordinate with LTA, authorities, Consultants and stakeholders.
• To ensure risk assessment and safe working procedure are properly executed on site.
• To conduct daily health, safety and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Project Safety Team.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, develop environmental control plan & liaise with NEA (such as report submission, etc.).
• Proper documentation of all EHS records, certificates, notice and official related EHS correspondence.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in construction for LTA projects.
• NEA registered ECO.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations.
