Job responsibilities:

Review and revise the Safety Management System for continual improvement.

Review, establish and upkeep the Safe Work Procedure and Risk Assessment for the main contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers based on 5x5 risk matrix.

Conduct safety training related to the activity based on Safe Work Procedure / Risk Assessment.

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance with government health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Enforce all safety requirements and in-house safety rules.
• Achieve zero safety demerit points from Ministry of Manpower and other agencies.
• Coordinate WSH initiatives.
• Identify areas for improvement and monitor implementation progress of recommended measures via site inspections and engagement with different work teams.
• Report on WSHE issues to Management including preparation of data and statistics in monthly summary report.
• Ensure project’s compliance with all statutory requirements at all times.
• Conduct toolbox meeting and ensure the permit to work system in place.

Requirements:

• Registered WSHO with minimum 5 years of working experience in a construction firm
• Familiar with the safety, health and environmental legislations as well as risk management procedure
• Able to speak mandarin as required to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
• A team player and able to work with all levels

Job Requirements:

• MOM registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
• Minimum of 8 years working experience as WSHO in the Construction Industry
• First-Aider Certification an added advantage

• Support and contribute towards the overall growth in the ILP funds business in AIA Singapore.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new funds and enhancements of existing funds. This includes working with internal and/or external stakeholders on fund selection/ creation, portfolio construction, obtaining the necessary approvals.
• Ensure the compliance of funds to regulatory requirements as well as internal guidelines.
• Work with internal and/or external stakeholders to develop content on new funds and updates on existing funds for circulation to distribution channels and/or end clients.
• Responsible for the end-to-end implementation process for funds.
• Ensure efficient processes and controls are in place to support growth.
• Conduct analysis on market trends and competitive landscape to drive fund proposition in line with key business objectives.
• Provide investment analytical support which includes research, data computation and analysis.
• Produce reports for management reporting to Investment Committee meetings, EXCO, RCE meetings and various internal and external reporting.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:

• At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, financial engineering, data analytics, statistics, math, economics or actuarial science. Masters degrees and/or additional professional qualifications such as CFA preferred

Experience and key skill set:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Investment, Asset Management or Insurance industry.
• Strong interest in investment management, investment analysis, and project management.
• Collaborative, communicative, responsible, and a strong team player is a must.
• Ability to deal with tight timelines and different stakeholders is a must.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; accuracy and detail orientated; excellent communication skills; able to articulate and verbalise thoughts, ideas, and reasoning.
• Familiar with Bloomberg, Morningstar and MS office applications including
• Excel, Power Point, Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
