• Handle payments and prepare submissions for Medisave and insurance claims
• Preparing patients’ medications for doctor to check, and dispensing medication
• Assist in performing treadmill tests, ECGs and hook up Holter monitors, ABPs (training will be provided)
• Assist doctor during consultations / chaperone duties
• Handle patients’ complaints
• To provide administrative work for the clinic:
• Maintain and update all patients’ records and in according to standard guidelines
• Assist in the daily running of the clinic and the upkeep of the clinic
• Any other administrative work involving patients’ care / records / the daily operation of the clinic

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma graduate
• At least 1 year experience in hospital/ medical clinic operation/front desk duties
• Experience in submission of insurance and Medisave claims
• Proficiency with Plato and computer work
