3- Process Monthly Employee Payroll
4- Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, other HR-related documents etc;
5- Manage staff / workers attendance records and leave balances.
6- Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of the course, update & maintain training records, etc.
7- Coordinate with the director on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and all HR-related matters.
8- Monitor company insurance, vehicle insurance, medical insurance, workmen compensation and etc. 9- Responsible office administration such as pantry supplies, staff/ workers uniforms, stationery, office equipment and etc.
10- Liaise with company Account, auditor and relevant authorities for company related matters;
11- Keep properly all the necessary documents for audit.
12- Prepare Invoice for construction contracts,etc.
Manage a cluster of 10-15 properties, grouped geographically to reduce travel time.
Perform security duties including clocking, observing security threats, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies.
Respond to fire alarms and other onsite emergencies.
Conduct investigations, manage incidents, and report findings.
Perform patrol and clocking duties according to the shift roster.
Conduct compliance checks in line with building by-laws and escalate non-compliance issues to management.

Valid PLRD license with RTT, CSSPB, and PAPP training.
Customer service oriented.
Completed mandatory security training modules.
Strong communication and service excellence skills.

Job Requriements - RTO(T)
RTO(T) shall have a diploma in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and accredited by and registered with IES/ACES with minimum 3 years relevant experience in supervision deep excavation/ basement works.
- MRT experience will be an advantage.
- To assist RE(T) & SRE(T) to monitor all site activities
- Willing to work on night & rotation shifts
- They shall meet the required minimum hours of work per month - Base Monthly Work Hours which shall be computed based on fifty-six (56) hours a week
Supervise and lead a team of security officers to ensure effective security operations.
Oversee security measures and procedures at designated locations.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
Investigate security breaches, incidents, and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and regulations.
Conduct training sessions and mentor junior security officers.
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Maintain and update security records and documentation.
Monitor and manage security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Liaise with clients, building management, and tenants to address security concerns and provide solutions.
