• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management, advising trends and process improvements.
• Review non-moving inventory and make recommendations for resolution.
• Ensure that the team complies with company policies and procedures.
• Support and guide team members in processes when required.

Person Specifications

• A Diploma in Engineering or 2 years of relevant experience in the spare parts trade
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, highly organized and a team player
• Possess good interpersonal, customer service and coordination skills
• Ability to converse coherently with customers through phone calls and emails
