Training & Development

Job Description:

- Update and maintain the company website to ensure accurate and engaging content

- Develop, create, and track social media content to enhance brand visibility and engagement

- Developing Marketing Materials such as brochures, posters, video and website content

- support the planning, organization, and execution of events/exhibition in alignment with approved Marketing plans

- Maintain and track inventory for Marketing and promotional Materials such as brochures, namecards and corporate gifts

- Keep organized records of contacts related to exhibitions and events

- Liaise with vendors to produce artwork, promotional materials, and supplies

- Managing website content to fully utilize the website platform to market (create, update, and upload information)

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Semiconductor industry

Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Jurong (shuttle available from Jurong East MRT)

Timing: 9am-5:30pm/12:30pm-9pm/9am-9pm

Workdays: Mondays to Sundays

Duration: 1 year contract

Job Scope: Processing of patients' registration, height/weight measurements, collect payments, filing and admin duties as assigned by the medical centre.

Requirements:

- Some experience in basic office administrative duties

- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or higher

- Proficient in MS Office

- Good spoken & written English

- Able to commit at least 4-5 shifts weekly

- Able to start work immediately
