We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused End User and Video Conferencing Support Executive/Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end users and ensure the smooth operation of video conferencing systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Responsibilities

• Execution of AWBs and Closing of daily Console
• Coordinate with agents, carriers, co-loaders, customers
• Attend to daily job issues (Amendment of Weight, AWB, etc)
• Monitor daily Console timing as to ensure cargo up-lift on time
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Contractors as to ensure smooth flow of cargos transfer from Warehouse to Terminals and arrange collection if needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of Airfreight Export operations
