• Notify the local EHS manager of any unresolved compliance issues and situations, and seek EHS guidance in implementing corrective actions as needed; facilitate and promote the exchange of information within the business unit and with EHS in the interest of collaborative problem solving and program improvement;
• Represent the business unit on EHS committees (Customer meetings) and provide regular briefings to business unit management and the local EHS manager on the unit’s environmental and safety program status, trends and risks.
• Identify PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements and sourcing of approved supplier for procurement
• Assist in applying special permits if certain work is required (e.g. hot work, working at tall heights etc), including facilitating the application / renewal of licenses and liaise with relevant authorities/bodies for license / permit issue

• Point of contact for physical security in Singapore Office
• A key member of the SEA BCP (Business Continuity Plan) team, responsible to ensure that the business continuity plan is up to date and support the coordination of annual BCP tabletop exercise.

People management:

Lead a team of contract EHS officer / coordinator, ensuring that adequate resources are deployed to support different customers sites.
