• Assists with all subcontractors PO / sublets

• Conducts follow up according to subcontractors’ last activity

• Ensures office supplies are sufficient and to order

• Safekeep uniforms and safety boots and coordinate ordering

• Knows the relevant KPIs for his or her target achievement

• Ensures the smooth cooperation between all interfaces

• Filing of all documents and scanning and archiving

Supports the warranty department

• Makes sure that all customer data are updated

• To submit warranty claims

• Take part in warranty disposal

• Ensures warranty documents are submitted on time and error free

• General administration of all warranty matters

Customer care with call centre and reception

• Liaise with call centre on customer requests

• Assist with CCR-S

• Assist with VOC scores and response rate

. Minimum 1 year admin or working experience .

• Follow up on feedback and requests for Service Assistant and Advisors

• Carry out site standing supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site fabrication and/or as instructed by the Consultant team so that works are constructed to required quality and accuracy.
• Monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site fabrication facility and report delays immediately.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with Contractor.
• Update Consultants on Contractor's work progress on site and identify any works on critical path.
• Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of work, safety, site diary, materials, equipment on site, labour, day works, provisional quantities, etc.
• Verify reports and claims submitted by contractor.
• Record all variations as instructed or approved by the consultant team.
• Attend to contractor's queries and co-ordinate works of the contractor.
• Building inspection/ construction work experience is preferred

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the safety, health and environmental matters in the project.
• Work closely with project team & contractors to mitigate and control all high risk hazards to maintain a safe workplace.
• Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time.
• To identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice is carried out in the worksite.
• Implement and monitor environmental, health & safety management system on site.
• Prepare, submit statutory reports and maintain of documentation for all EHS issues according to ISO.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all site activities are carried out in compliance with MOM, NEA and EHS regulations.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on all environmental and safety issues.
• Support all in-house EHS initatives.

Requirement:

• Only Singaporean / PR will be considered for this position
• Specialist diploma in WSH or MOM Recognised certificates
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Safety Officer or related experiences
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) is a must.
• Must be responsible, organized and self-initiated.
• Respect for deadlines, sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

• To be fully responsible for the daily operation of service centre at the project site.
• To liaise with client / consultants, contractor for the monitoring and closure of any residents complaints, feedback and defects.
• To carry out conditional survey before and after completion of works within flats.
• To man the information counter and information telephone hotline.
• To arrange for defects works to be carried out within flats and ensure a high standard of public relations with the residents.
• To perform any clerical duties such as typing, photo-stating and filing assigned by the client.
• To maintain proper document records of the service centre and submit timely / weekly / monthly status report to client.
• To assist in the purchase of construction materials.
• To assist in the preparation of ISO.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least O Level or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Experience in handling HDB BTO projects is preferred;
• 5 days work week, off on Sunday and one weekday.
