What we’re looking for is an expert who can effectively streamline processes and requests. Reporting to the facilities manager, you’ll provide superior call logging services—receiving and logging complaints containing complete details of the requests.

• Manage billing schedules to ensure timely issuance of invoices.
• Verify invoice details by cross-referencing with signed contracts or quotations, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
• Address discrepancies or errors proactively to ensure accuracy in billing.
• Engage with internal and external customers to resolve rate and charge disputes effectively.
• Maintain and update accurate records of billing transactions in the system.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, or irregularities, and take appropriate actions.
• Provide accounting support as required.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and invoicing tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with billing systems is an advantage.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle discrepancies with professionalism.
• Prior experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 + VB ( 1 Month )
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
