• Loading & unloading bay traffic control duties
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, documenting occurrences and reporting to management as necessary
• Issuing of visitor/contractor pass in exchange for their identification cards
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Description

• Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act

Job Responsibilities:

• Support & Maintenance for Servers - Assist with daily monitoring of system health.
• Support & Maintenance for End Users - Provide support for laptop and desktop issues, as well as end-user concerns related to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (O365), and antivirus software. Update relevant documentation for IT asset tracking, software and license management, and user manuals and guides.
• IT Projects - Participate in various end-user projects, including hardware refreshes, software updates and improvements, replacement initiatives, and new implementation projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience, with hands-on expertise in the following areas:

1. Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems
2. Cloud technologies (e.g., Office 365, Azure, AWS), virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and networking (e.g., Cisco, Aruba)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing advertising and digital channels such as websites, social media and search engines

Conceptualize, develop design concepts, videos and graphics for marketing collaterals according to brand guidelines

Responsible for videos, story board, design and concepts

Enhance visual design brief by gathering information, data through research on competitors and market trends

Support management team in conceptualising and delivering marketing plans and designs

Contribute ideas and execute them to grow business volumes

Ensure design consistency across all marketing collaterals are according to brand guidelines and is error-free

Manage and maintain graphic files and brand assets, including photos and videos
