• Make warm/cold & inbound/outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work with a team of customer servicing staff in providing full support to clients’ enquiries on account opening, application verification and account management
• Update monthly promotion log sheet /campaign log sheet /weekly report
• Simple administrative tasks such as data entry, editing, and processing of customer information
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by team lead and Managers

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in the Telemarketing/ Customer Service field is preferred
• Mature with a positive attitude, self motivated and desire to learn
• Customer service-oriented attitude, good team player with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• The skills and discipline to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in a pressurized and fast paced environment
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with main office (HK) counterparts is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS office applications e.g. Excel, Word, and Google Docs/sheets are preferred
  

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project site supervision, inspection, documentation and coordination for structural, architectural, M&E works for public housing project

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· To assist the Consultant in supervision of the construction of the Structural Works under the Building Control Act.

· To assist the Consultants in supervision of the construction of the Architectural and M&E works as required by the Consultants and the Developer.

· To ensure all works on site, including installation methods and materials used are in accordance to contract specifications and approved drawings.

· To supervise and inspect the contractor’s works to ensure the works on site are of the expected quality.

· To ensure proper site documentation is maintained.

· Monitoring the construction activities.

· Conduct pre- and post-completion inspections.

· To conduct other related duties as required by the Consultants and Developer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in the supervision of building projects in Singapore, preferably in HDB projects.

· Possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS)

· Experience in precast structural works, prefabricated bathroom unit construction works and able to supervise architectural works or M&E works are essential. Candidates who are able to supervise inter-discipline works would be beneficial.

· Conversant in statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures and construction administration.

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Employment contract period is approximately 24 months (with option to extend)

· Able to start work immediately preferred

· 5.5 days work week.

• Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement
• Provide feedback and ideas to improve operations and enhance customer experience
• Comply with data protection regulation and organizational security procedures for customer registration and credit and cash transactions
