Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, understand their needs and attend to their queries
• Handle and resolve customers’ feedbacks and concerns
• Ensure a wonderful salon experience for our customers to increase customer retention
• Handling phone enquiries with etiquette
• Serving light refreshments to customers and attending to their needs
• Schedule customers’ appointments and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement
• Provide feedback and ideas to improve operations and enhance customer experience
• Comply with data protection regulation and organizational security procedures for customer registration and credit and cash transactions

The M&E Officer need to manage the "M&E process" which can include multiple task and people.

• Performing checks on the M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections.
• Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements (in accordance to BCA’s Good Industry Practice)
• Monitoring the performance of maincontractor workers for all trades and ensure any defects are properly rectified
• Supervising M&E maincon works and ensure main-contractor’s progress in accordance to schedule set
• Any other duties as may be required by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certified in construction related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects.
• Able to work independently and possess strong leadership quality
• Require working on site experience
• Related safety course certificate
• Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters,calipers etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Call Customer to remind on overdue payment (Provide information of payment amount and due date to minimize risk exposure)
• Negotiate with customer on repayment if they are unable to fulfill payment obligation
• Attending to customer’s account enquiries and rendering prompt services on their request
• Follow up with customer via various communication tools (E.g telephone, sms, letters etc)
• Update conversation with customer in collection system
• Working together with supervisors in solving irregular cases

Job Requirements

• Making calls in the range of 200 to 250 daily
• Meeting and exceeding KPI set by management
• Assist in Ad-Hoc restructuring projects (Eg. Post moratorium exercises, payment extension/deferment programs etc)
