- Perform troubleshooting, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are operational including fault troubleshooting, rectification and testing supported by Technical Team

- Identify, plan and initiate required actions to maintain the systems for long term reliability, operational efficiency and improve maintainability.

- Prepare technical specifications for equipment services, system services, contract labor and ad-hoc maintenance services. Supervise and report performance of contractors to ensure good quality and progress of maintenance works, as well as full compliance with contract specifications

- To assist in the managing and controlling of maintenance equipment and spares

- Liaise, supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on projects, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs works

- Support Technical Team in investigation, analyze and determine the root cause of system defects.

- Support Technical Team in providing expertise for new programs and system

- Ensure project and maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction levels are met

- Any other technical or operations related duties that may be required allocated by Project Manager / System Engineer

- Potentially perform rotating shift (12 hours) duties in the future

Requirements

Qualification and work experience includes:

- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering Electronics, Communication Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field above

- Willing to work on rotating shifts (in the future), weekends and overtime

- Willing to work at multiple sites

- Must possess Class 3 Manual driving license

- Singaporean only

Technical skills include:

- Knowledge on IT system and maintenance including computer servers, workstations, network switches and firewall troubleshooting

- Knowledge on Firewall, Backup solution, 2FA solution and Anti-Virus solution

- Knowledge on OT system and maintenance in Radar or Radio Frequency (RF) technologies is a real plus

Purpose: To create a Safety First Culture and implement a comprehensive Health and Safety Strategy to manage and reduce workplace risks, protect employees and ensure compliance to all statutory acts and regulations, company safety policies and code of practice by all employees.

Key areas of responsibilities:

• Promote Safety First Culture through safety awareness campaign, toolbox meeting, safety training, townhall meeting and other communication platforms.
• Ensure that all statutory acts and regulations, company safety policies and code of practice are implemented and complied by all employee.
• Work closely with stakeholders to perform and review risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate risks.
• Develop and conduct safety training programs based on safety work instructions and risk assessments to ensure all employees can work safely.
• Conduct inspections to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance and ensure that all safety gaps are promptly addressed.
• Lead investigations of accidents and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Measure, monitor, and report safety indicators to the Safety Committee and Management regularly to facilitate timely interventions if trends are negative.
• Assist the Safety Committee Chairman in organizing monthly meetings to ensure the effective deployment of safety concerns and policies through committee members.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on matters pertaining to workplace health and safety.
• Provide support for internal or external audits related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, and any other customer requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum diploma in occupational health and safety or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a safety officer in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be a Ministry of Manpower registered Safety officer and SCDF registered Fire Safety Manager.
• Proficient knowledge of WSHE legislation and regulations, as well as ISO audit processes.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work as a team player, and capability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
