We are currently seeking a Music Development Executive who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about the power of music. You will be an integral part of our team with the mission to impart and inspire.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic course consultation to guide learners in their musical journey
• Attend to student enquiries with professionalism and patience
• Ensure facilities are in good operational order
• Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage class schedules to optimise learners' experience
• Assist in course content management

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in any field
• Accumulated 2 years of working experience (including part-time, internship, etc.)
• Have a great passion for music
• Exhibit strong planning and organisational skills
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Sales Executive with a strong understanding of the channel landscape. In this role, you’ll drive direct sales efforts while closely collaborating with channel partners to optimize sales and reach new customers. A deep understanding of the channel ecosystem and ability to support channel partners is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales Management: Drive new business development through direct sales efforts, targeting new customers to achieve revenue growth.
• Channel Collaboration: Partner with channel distributors, resellers, and VARs, leveraging their insights to align sales strategies and maximize channel impact.
• Channel Enablement & Support: Provide resources, training, and ongoing support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote our products and services effectively.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives and channel partner goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both direct clients and channel stakeholders to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Performance Tracking: Regularly review sales and channel performance, conducting business reviews to refine strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Market & Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date on channel sales trends, competitive movements, and market opportunities to inform strategy and drive growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to develop programs and campaigns that support both direct and channel sales.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial or channel sales, ideally within the technology sector
• Deep understanding of channel sales principles, including best practices for supporting and enabling distributors, resellers, and VARs
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Availability to travel to client sites, partner locations, and industry events as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing relationships with direct sales, distributors, resellers, or VARs
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Primary Objective(s) of Position

• Attending to customers’ enquiries, managing customer relationships and executing shipments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses and coordinate with the Operations Department.
• Generate Job Orders and ensure their prompt execution.
• Monitor order and delivery schedules, coordinating with vendors, the Operations Department, customers, and international suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly shipment/order reports for customers and management.
• Plan and generate stuffing lists for the Operations department for each shipment.
• Prepare and process import/export shipping documents.
• Input and update order delivery statuses promptly and accurately in the customer's in-house system (SAP).
• Investigate and address service failures or complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Skills & Experience

• GCE "A" level and above
• Freight forwarding experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills
