Job Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions for our Malaysia operations, ensuring that all financial activities are completed accurately and promptly. You will work closely with the accountant to manage regional financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Set SME Accounting in Malaysia:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and file SST reports.

• Handle audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters by liaising with auditors, tax agents, and secretarial agents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Manage bank-related matters by liaising with bankers to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Prepare, review, and ensure the accurate and timely submission of monthly financial statements

• Support ad hoc and other finance-related tasks as required by the Accountant

Consolidation (Conso) Reporting:

• Consolidate regional monthly sales reports.

• Consolidate regional monthly accounts receivable (AR) reports.

• Consolidate regional monthly accounts payable (AP) reports.

• Consolidate monthly cash flow reports.

• Consolidate monthly capital expenditure (CAPEX) reports.

• Conduct intercompany reconciliations

Requirements:

• Education: A Diploma in Accounting and relevant in the accounting field.
