JOB PURPOSE

The role is primarily responsible to assist the Procurement Manager in the management of product sales performance and yield studies of the fresh categories.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all suppliers & contracted partners.
• Monitor product sales, margin, mix & range, promotions to achieve pre-set KPIs.
• Manage standing orders, central purchased orders and direct supplies
• Work with stakeholders to develop customise product mix to achieve higher returns.
• Coordinate to organize onsite-offers/ thematic promotions and publicised offers on press and social media to meet KPIs prescribed by management.
• Source for new leads from source of origin or main principle supply.
• Compile reports and conduct presentations to management and/or panel of stakeholders.
• Visit customers regularly.
• Attend overseas procurement, inspection visits and trade events when required.
• Other tasks as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of procurement or demand planning experience.
• Prior buying/supply experience in the supermarket retail trade will be giving priority
• Possess valid driving license and own transport preferred.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Meticulous and analytical.
• Skillful negotiator and effective communicator.
• Strong IT literacy proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts fulfillment.
• Responsible for reviewing and drafting of contract terms and conditions.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Handling of L/C documentation and relevant documents

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant education qualification
• Min. 2 years’ experience in similar capacity in trading house / shipping company
• Familiar with incoterms and contract law

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and general office support.
• Manage the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of items and materials.
• Coordinate purchases and orders across multiple projects.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Provide administrative support to project and sales teams.
• Maintain and update sales and project documentation.
• Any additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Entry level or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Knowledge of procurement and finance processes will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise work tasks and show attention to detail.

· To improve sales productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments

· Handling orders by phone or mail , making quotation and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts

· Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

· Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

· Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

· Any other task assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma or above

· Experience in Construction industry may be advantageous.

· Good team development and leadership skills.

· Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

-Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
