Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to support the Company and Healthcare Group in marketing, including:

• Creating marketing materials
• Overseeing communication platforms and channels
• Responding to and managing customer's queries
• Developing marketing initiatives and calendar
• Sourcing for and recommending partnerships for collaborations
• Analysing and presenting financial data and digital media reports
• Presenting to health professionals or corporate clients to increase sales
• Ensuring assigned projects achieve set goals and are carried out within budget and timelines

Job Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 3 – 5 years prior experience in Sales and Marketing preferred
• Good written and communication skills
• Ability to manage online meetings and presentations
• Efficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word Document, Canva/Photoshop
• Comfortable working with numbers
• Proficient in social media account management
• Able to manage and analyze Google Analytics data
• Able to multi-task and work independently

Job Descriptions:

- General Administrative Work, e.g., Data Entry, Filing, Record Keeping

- Submission of Documents, Drawings, Letters and Transmittal prepared by Executive Staffs

- Supporting Authority Submission by Executive Staffs

- Regular Updating of Record and Summary to Company Managers

- Maintain Proper Organization of Filing System, Storage of Documentation, and Information

- Handling General Enquiries via Email or Phone

- Other supportive ad-hoc office requirement

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a GCE “O” / “A” levels or Polytechnic Diploma in any field

- No work experience required

- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

- Preferably entry level specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent

- Good Command of English, Ownership of Tasks
