• Monitor and verify that the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is adhered to at all times and taking action if the specifications are not followed.

The Program in Translational and Clinical Liver Cancer Research is a dynamic enterprise within the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) that conducts leading clinical and translational research in primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)). Nested within the program is the Secretariat of the Asia-Pacific Hepatocellular Carcinoma (AHCC) Trials Group. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys thinking and managing projects independently but also as a team player.

You will be part of an active research enterprise management team that closely works with other teams in clinical research coordination, wet laboratory research and bioinformatics. The Program encompasses a wide range of of biomedical research from upstream and translational studies to prospective multi-site clinical studies. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Medical Concierge Executive is to provide coordination and administrative support to the organisation’s medical concierge business.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To respond to request for services, appointments, information in a timely, responsible and professional manner.

SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handles enquiries from medical concierge companies for outpatient and inpatient appointments.
• Liaises with Bed Management, OT, PSC, OPD for availability and to inform the medical concierge companies / insurance agents accordingly on the availability.
• Advises on the appropriate doctor based on the needs and/or insurance panel (if any).
• Updates medical concierge and agents of any new services, change in service or price revisions.
• Responds to feedback or complaints from medical concierge companies or agents.
• Escalates any service delivery issues to Management as needed.
• Inputs necessary information into the Concierge tracking sheet and ensures accuracy in information.
• Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimal O levels.
• Experience in concierge services, customer relations, sales, admin, or in the medical industry (eg hospitals, private healthcare practices) is highly preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, scheduling, and logistics with precision.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the tender for all prospective projects.

Requirements:

• Has experience in Electrical system in Singapore Building Services Design.
• At least 1-2 years of related experience for Junior hire
• At least 4 years of related experience for Senior hire
