• Provide technical support for IT devices and video conferencing.
• Install, configure, and refresh equipment; manage device deployment and retirement.
• Wipe drives, maintain inventory, and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Install peripherals like monitors and docking stations.
• Record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system
• Log and update service requests; escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure professional, timely service delivery.

• Min Diploma in IT with 1 years’ experience in end-user support (hardware & software)
